At Good Stewardship Consulting, we teach people in organizations the skills needed to be good stewards of their time, team and resources.

The inability to connect with others lies at the heart of most problems we encounter in the workforce, within our families, and in our communities. This disconnect can lead to frustration, miscommunication, and strained relationships, ultimately hindering growth.

How Things Are.

Wiley’s Closing the Skills Gap report that 40% of companies surveyed are struggling to retain workers, while 26% can’t hire enough qualified employees—and an additional 32% report they struggle to do either.

Companies are not equipped to handle the skills gap.

This leads to companies leaning heavily on their current employees even at the risk of burnout.

As a result, communication barriers arise which prevents us from harnessing the collective power of our teams.

How do we achieve this?

Our mission is to empower individuals and organizations to become responsible leaders through education in effective communication, resiliency training and trauma-informed practices, promoting good stewardship of both people and resources.

We do this through interactive workshops and conversations designed to:

This workshop provides an overview of trauma and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and their impacts on communication, behavior, and relationships.

A workshop using ILS Communications Assessment results to develop team communication. Learn how to give and receive feedback and prepare for hard conversations.

The program covers first impressions, the importance of understanding workplace culture and best practices for navigating the early days of a new position.

She has spent an entire career in the legal system advocating for individuals in crisis. She understands what keep people stuck but more importantly knows how to empower individuals to address and strengthen their interpersonal skills to become a more effective and resilient member of a team.
